Is it likely that god in his wisdom would create something finite and imperfect?

in an experiment it is wise to have a means of control and shut-down .it seems to me far more likely that lucifer the brightest of all the angels, referred to in many religions ,may be the one responsible for creating sentient humans and did not realise the mental anguish caused if we realised the truth that we have no hope of anything beyond our short existence.this is surely the original sin not after all perpetrated by man and for which lucifer was cast out by god and became known as satan or the devil .it would do a lot to explain mans inhumanity to man and much more of history,-- now i fear we as humans may be on the brink of a similar crime . we are close to building thinking electronic machines which could be improved to the point that they become self aware .can you yourself imagine the horror of finding out you had no arms no legs and that you could only exist in a plastic box.that is what we could but must not do! the traces of god left in us tells us that
