Knocked out Luigia in Soul Silver?

Ok so i did the whole thing with the kimono girls and went to battle Lugia. I accidentally knocked it out and i was wondering when will i be able to go back and try catching it again? Do i have to wait until after i beat the elite four? Does it come back like every week?
