I don't know how to take that comment?!?

So I was on a camping trip with my best-friend and her family in Zion, Utah. One day we decided to go tubing down the Virgin river. It was my friend Anna (who is 16 and about 5'8), her cousin Jesse (who is 15 and about 5'9''), and I (I am a 17 all most 18 year old girl who is 5'11''.) So we are having a lot of fun laughing and stuff and we get down to where there are these guys just hanging out in the river. They block the way and say that we need to pay a tole to get threw there. Then they said they where kidding that next time we come threw we will have to and instead this time just keep their mom hostage and they pointed at me. I told them I was 17 and they laughed and said i looked good for my age!!. . . . So, what they thought was that I was The mother of two teens who are a year and two years younger then me. Which makes me about 30-40 something. How do I take this, should i be glad I look older or what?!?! I dont know?!
