What kind of a guy do women really want?

I mean I always treat women nice and with as much respect as I can, and I can never keep a girlfriend. But my freinds treat women like crap and the women love them and stay with them always. It's very depressing. Im 33 and have no kids or prospect's of having a family ever. Im coming to my limit. Any advice would really help. thanks SDK
