My parents want to buy me a new laptop. I need advice, please?

will almost defenetly play both of them on high settings, It looks like a nice laptop....100% play then on medium. I wouldnt say there any need to upgrade to the i5 proceesor, though if you do, you will be able to play both those games on high settings.
