Y&R Family Tree/Opinions Please?

My thoughts are that Billy is the father of Chloe's baby, but I am not sure that he is going to do the right thing and fess up to sleeping with her.Yes he is related to Collen, her uncle or half uncle but they are related. I think on his agenda is trying to get back at Jill for making Cane CEO of the company and not him. I find it gross that Colleen wants a relationship with her best friends ex husband, even if Lily said she didn't mind. It still isn't right in my opinion.
