How do you deal with a kid?

Theres a kid in my drama cl and he thinks he's all buff but his arms are really flabby. And one time i was messing around and he slapped me in the face. He thinks he's so cool, I usually ignore him but i really want to tell him that hes a chub bub or something. What should i do?
