Should I take my son out of his school?

My son, Marty goes to The United Nations school in New York City. He has a few friends, but most of the kids tease him about his weight (he's 11 years old and weighs 200 pounds), and the headmaster is a total jerk, often belittling him in front of the other children. Should I find him a different school?
