What do i do in this situation please?

If I appealed with dept of labor after my unemployment application was denied and a certain datewas set for a hearing but I never received a phone call for this hearing (it was meant to be a phone hearing) I get my phone records to prove this reapplied as I was advised to & after 3 wks of no communication from them go to d office again and this time was informed they have no record the second appeal was ever filed and after I pointed out the lady that took my paper work was given a number to call d tribunal. The tribunal also told me they have no record of the second appeal to contact the local office d appeal was filed or re appeal what do I do in this situation as we have been going back n forth with this since june & I have not been workin since then? This is for Georgia state by the way Thanks
