IS IT SAFE TO GO TO EUROPE & OVERSEAS NOW? ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS A TARGET?

I think it depends on the person you are. Some of us dont like loud American's bragging off and comparing all the time how something is way better or bigger in the U.S. But I have met many American's I do like even if they talk a lot, there still really nice people. Just respect the people and custom's of the people around you and most part's of Europe are friendly to American's.
