Has anyone in California had a dental implant?

Preferably in the LA, OC, Riverside or San Bernardino area. I was curious how much you paid in total, without insurance. What was done to prep you for the procedure, how long before was the tooth pulled, any bone loss, how did they verify bone loss? Thanks
