Below Mastery on Regents?

I did poorly on my Algebra II/Trig Regents, I got below the mastery grade. A mastery grade is at least 85, I got an 81. This was an honors course, so will I be able to continue my honor cl for math next year, which is supposed to be Pre-Calc? I hope I can, because it's not like I failed the regents, an my average wasn't that bad either. Thanks, best answer rewarded!
